UK delivery
UK tracked delivery is £4.99 for product totals below £50 and free for product totals of £50 or more. The delivery charge is shown at Stripe Checkout before payment. We use a tracked 48-hour service where available; the carrier timeframe runs from dispatch and is not a guaranteed dispatch time. Tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied with your order where available.
Dispatch and delivery timing
Orders are prepared for dispatch as promptly as possible, subject to stock availability and any lawful purchaser-verification checks. Unless a different timeframe is expressly agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made.
Delivery address
The purchaser is responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. We may contact you where an address appears incomplete or inconsistent.
International shipping
Online Stripe checkout is currently configured for UK delivery. International shipping may be available by prior arrangement. Please message us on WhatsApp before ordering to confirm delivery availability and costs for your destination. The purchaser is responsible for confirming that import, possession and research use are lawful in the destination jurisdiction.
