Consumer cancellation rights
Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply to an online purchase, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Contact info@nordic-hs.com before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
You may inspect goods to the extent you reasonably could in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction from a refund if handling has reduced the value of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Any statutory exception to the right to cancel will only be relied on where it legally applies to the particular goods and circumstances.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please contact us promptly with your order reference and photographs where relevant. Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements are not affected by this policy.
Refunds
Where a consumer cancellation is valid, we will make the required refund within the statutory timeframe, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of return postage where the law permits and where this was made clear before purchase. Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so the appropriate return arrangement can be agreed.
